I would like to introduce BlackOut. This tool is a compact (small) application which can flood in 4 different ways.
TCP,UDP,ICMP and HTTP.
For websites, HTTP is very powerful.
If you can PING someones IP with his computer, I recommend you to use UDP.
The most powerful from this tool is clearly HTTP.
